Please review the following Team Leader requirements:
- Must be a Thrivent client with benefit membership
- Must be at least 24 years old
- Complete a team leader application and be accepted
- Complete a background check
- Complete all trainings ($50 non-refundable training fee required for new team leaders)
- Accept the terms and conditions of the Team Leader Memorandum of Understanding, volunteer waiver, and Volunteer Code of Conduct
- Maintain current certification in Basic First Aid and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
- Recruit the required minimum team size as specified when team is reserved
Private Team Types:
Habitat Affiliate - A group associated with a local Habitat office
Organization - A group representing a university, social club, church or other organized entity
Friends & Family - A pre-formed group of friends or family members
