Use this form to enter Indiana LSAMP scholar presentations that occurred between 5/1/23 - 4/30/28.

How to use this form:

1. Only enter Indiana LSAMP scholar presentations that occurred between May 1 2023 - April 30, 2028.
2. Presentation types include: poster, oral (concurrent), panels, round tables, keynotes, etc.
3. If multiple presentations occurred at a single event, please enter each presentation separately.
4. Include all awards/honors received from the single presentation only. This may include conference travel awards, a top finish in a poster/presentation competition, etc.
