If you are unsure of the start date please put any date and leave a comment at the bottom explaining.

You will be emailed by Yellow Cluster Personnel staff around one month before scheduled end date about extending.

Does not have to be same amount every week. Provide average. Students cannot work more than 49% (between all UC jobs) during academic year, but can work up to 100% during the summer.

If more than one account, please specify all accounts and percentages on each account.
