2024 Symposium Xtra Product Submissions

As an exhibitor or sponsor with the 27th Annual Snow & Ice Symposium, you have the opportunity to submit a 50-word product spotlight that will be showcased in the onsite Symposium Xtra.


One submission per company will be accepted. Please contact Ellen@sima.org with any questions.

SUBMISSION DEADLINE IS FRIDAY, MAY 10

No late submissions will be accepted.



In 50 words or less, please describe the product.

Provide a link to more information about the product.

Submit a high-resolution (300 dpi) image in .jpg, .tiff or .png format. If possible, show the product in a snow application or setting. Logos only accepted if you provide a service that does not lend itself to photography.
