Apply to Join the SV-ONE Quality Improvement Workgroup

The QI Workgroup is seeking volunteers to serve as a member of the SV-ONE QI Workgroup beginning Summer 2025. Applications are due June 30th, 2025. New members will be notified in July. We are seeking 2-4 new members and welcome multi-disciplinary perspectives as well as individuals with Single Ventricle Heart Disease and family members to this team. This is a two-year commitment that can be extended. Please note: to participate in this workgroup as a member, your center must be committed to joining SV-ONE. If you are an individual with SVHD or a family member, receiving care at an SV-ONE center is not required.

Expectations include:

-Attending the QI Workgroup meeting once a month to discuss progress on QI initiatives and plan future activities

-Providing expertise and constructive feedback to support the QI portfolio of work

-Foster a collaborative environment by actively engaging with other members and contributing to group discussions

-Respond promptly to requests and communications between meetings to maintain workflow efficiency

-Represent the workgroup at learning events as needed, sharing insights and updates

-Review project proposals and provide ongoing guidance/mentorship as needed for QI projects

-Liaison to the Executive Leadership Team as needed for QI projects
