The Bidder's List Application Form allows the University of Louisville's department of Procurement Services to collect and maintain a list of businesses and the commodities or services they provide to be used as a resource when contract administrators request quotes or post Invitation to Bids and Requests for Proposals. Please be advised that this is no guarantee of business from the University. If the University engages with a business, additional information will be required.
