Include emails if the Donor(s) is interested in using DocuSign to secure electronic signatures. It is the Gift Officer's responsibility to share the agreement with the Donor(s) for review after all internal reviews have been completed, and before signatures are requested. Please notify Emily Tate (ert8b@virginia.edu) once the agreement has received all necessary approvals and is ready for signatures.

If yes, please draft documentation as a Letter of Intent or Declaration of Intent.
