By following the below link, you will be asked to provide information that may be considered private or confidential under the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act (MGDPA), including personal financial information and demographic information regarding you and your household. The City of Minneapolis will use this private or confidential information [to evaluate your eligibility for various home improvement programs. You are not legally required to provide the information the City is requesting and you may refuse to provide some or all of the information requested. However, if you fail to provide some or all of the information, the City may not be able to properly evaluate your eligibility for home improvement programs. This information may be shared with City of Minneapolis staff and home improvement loan programs and providers that are posted on the City website. Where access to the data is authorized by state statute or federal law, it may be made available to others as so authorized.
