Research Rotation Form

The purpose of this form is to confirm rotation assignment plans among the graduate student, proposed rotation mentor, and program director. Research rotations provide a necessary first step in determining where each first-year graduate student will conduct their dissertation research. They also offer an opportunity for students to learn about research environments and approaches that differ from those of their chosen lab.

Completion of this form does not obligate a rotation mentor to take the student into the lab once the rotation is complete.
