How Reservations Work:

By completing the reservation form, you’re securing a priority hold on a unit. While this is not a binding lease, it does guarantee you a 5-day window to sign the lease prior to the unit being ready for occupancy. If no lease is signed within that timeframe, the unit will be offered to the next person in line. We will be reaching out around Early June.
