$50/hr (2-hour minimum)

Damage Liability & Payment Authorization*

A valid credit card may be required to hold on file for the duration of the rental. This card will only be charged in the event of damage, excessive mess, or extended time beyond what was booked. Unified Art Studio will notify the renter before any charges are made.

• Renter is responsible for guest conduct and the condition of the space.

• Renter assumes liability for damage or loss occurring during the rental.

• Setup and cleanup must be completed within the reserved time.

• Unified Art Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

• Reservation is confirmed only after payment is received.
