Poster Presentation Submission

 
 
 

Presenters

Presenters must be medical students or residents to be eligible for inclusion in judging. For each poster, up to 2 authors may be included as presenters.


Additional authors who would like to attend the conference should register at www.laaap.org/2025conference/


All presenter names should be submitted as they will be displayed on name tags. Please include each presenter's full name and designation--e.g. BS, MD, DO etc.

 

Select all levels of training included as authors of the project in this poster.

All projects are expected to have a faculty advisor or reviewer who may not be named as an author.

 
 
 

Additional Information

 

The abstract should describe the background, methods, results, and conclusions of the research. If a clinical vignette is submitted, describe the introduction, case, discussion and conclusion.

 
 

Describe key applicable findings in plain language.

 
 
 
 

List all additional authors including their programs/ hospitals.

 
 

It is the authors' responsibility to:

  1. Review content with relevant program faculty.
  2. Submit abstract revisions by July 15th
  3. Have your poster printed to fit on a 3 foot by 4 foot foam core board for display
  4. Set up poster during the allotted set up time
  5. Notify LA AAP Staff of Authors/Collaborators who will attend the conference to present their poster.
