Virtual Public Charter School Enrollment Appeal Form

Please complete this form to submit your appeal to the Oregon Department of Education regarding a school district's denial of your student's enrollment in a virtual public charter school. Appeals must be received within 10 days of a family receiving notice of a district's denial. A separate appeal must be submitted for each student.

ONLY ONE STUDENT PER FORM. Please submit a separate appeal form for each student.

Be specific and tell us why you believe this school would be a better fit for your child. In your explanation, be sure to include any specific educational needs or health and wellness needs that your child has, and explain why these needs make the virtual public charter school a better option.
