SD EMS for Children partners with the SD Office of Highway Safety to promote the correct use of seat belts. As part of this partnership our office has developed the "It's Not Fine 'til They're 4'9" " Community Outreach Program to promote the use of booster seats for children ages 4-12 or until they are 4'9" tall.

This program can be taught at preschools and schools, but also makes a great activity at any event. The resource provided is an instructor booklet that includes age appropriate activities. Based on the description of your event, our office will determine how many booklets we send out.
