Directions

Individuals that have been delegated rate based service agreement (RBSA) quotation authority are required to 1) track quotes issued to external customers, and 2) report quotes to OCG via this form on a quarterly basis. If an RBSA uses Stratocore PPMS as its contracting mechanism, it is currently exempt from this reporting requirement.

A report must be submitted each quarter even if no quotes were issued - there is an option on the form to indicate no quotes to report.

Audits

Spot audits are performed each quarter by OCG and CCO. Units may be asked to provide quote documentation including, but not limited to, copies of quotations, rate calculations, approved rate sheets, etc.

Quote Logs

Quotes should be tracked using the RBSA-E Quotation Reporting Template, provided by OCG at the time of quote authority delegation.

Submission Schedule

Quarter 1 (July - September): Due October 15th

Quarter 2 (October - December): Due January 15th

Quarter 3 (January - March): Due April 15th

Quarter 4 (April - June): Due July 15th
