B'nai Mitzvah at IKAR

Mazal tov on your upcoming simha! We can't wait to celebrate with you, your family and friends. B’nai Mitzvahs at IKAR are integrated parts of our service and community life. As such, our practice is for B’nai Mitzvah families to sponsor lunch for the community and your guests as part of your celebrations.

The cost of lunch for the IKAR community (200 people, not including the b’nai mitzvah guests) is $2,000. We recognize that, for some families, paying for their guests plus the 200 community members may be a financial burden. Therefore, families who use our in-house caterer have the option to deduct up to $1,500 from their total bill. We are, of course, grateful to those who are able to include that $1,500 in their total, as this helps cover our expenses for that day and keep the bagels flowing all year long.

Please enter a number amount up to $1,500 below to be deducted from your total estimate.

Please note, this is a preferred date for your occasion, our staff will contact you to confirm availability. Only b’nai mitzvah dates are firm due to prior scheduling.

List those you want recognized for their contribution to this lunch (in celebration / honor / memory of…)

This number is in addition to the 200 assumed IKARites attending. An additional guest is anyone who does not attend IKAR Shabbat services or lunch regularly. Not sure who is a regular and who is a guest? Give your best estimate.
