Leave No One Behind: Daily Meditations for Service Members and Veterans in Recovery

People find comfort and support when they share their stories. We'd like you to share your experience in a new meditation book that is specifically for your community: service members and veterans who also struggle with alcohol and drug addiction. You might be someone who's had a dependency on drugs or alcohol for a long time...or maybe it's started since your time in the service. Wherever you are, wherever you've been, we'd like to hear from you.

Your Meditation

Remember, you don't have to be a professional writer to write a meditation. They come from you, your heart, your experience, your journey. Thank you.

We will be listing people by first name and first initial of last name to create a safe space, but feel free to use a nickname that doesn't match your legal name, if you'd like. If you don't want a name included, write "Anonymous."
