Before completing the form, please have the following ready:


  • Collect any available product or order details, such as the product type, model number, and order number. These details are often located on the manufacturer tag, typically found on the underside of your furniture.
  • Take a clear photo of the manufacturer tag, as well as any visible damage or issues, if applicable.


We will review your information and contact you within 3-5 business days with a response from the manufacturer.
