This application is for the Fiscal Administration Certificate Training Series (FACTS). The purpose of FACTS is to provide a comprehensive fiscal management training and certification program that emphasizes technical knowledge of laws, regulations, systems, policies and procedures, as well as an understanding of established business practices and ethical management. BEFORE YOU BEGIN: Before you being this application, please review the questions, including the requirements to upload your current resume and one (1) letter of recommendation.


FY25 DATES: These are the dates that classes are scheduled for the FY25 cohort. Please check with your supervisor to ensure that these dates will not interfere with your job duties.


  • September 4-5, 2024
  • October 2-3, 2024
  • November 6-7, 2024
  • December 4-5, 2024
  • January 8-9, 2025


This year's cohort will meet in person for every session. Please plan for full-day sessions from 8:30 - 5:00, though some days may be shorter.


The subsequent FAST or GRASP track will meet once monthly during spring semester and are generally remote sessions that are not full days.
