Farmington Recreation Application

**IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ THE BELOW


The program is 6 weeks and your attendance is mandatory. Any vacations, camps, days off, etc. should be discussed with Mark Cain, Recreation Director during the interview process.


Please provide any dates you are requesting off. We will do our best to accommodate but please remember offsite field trip days require all staff to be in attendance.


Summer Recreation will run from June 30 - August 8.


Mandatory Staff Meeting is tentatively scheduled for Saturday, June 7.
