SUBMISSIONS MUST BE IN 36 HOURS BEFORE RESERVATIONS ARE IN EFFECT. Ex. IF RESERVATIONS ARE REQUIRED ON SATURDAY, YOU MUST HAVE THESE IN BY THURSDAY AFRERNOON.
This form and any granted parking are only available to active resort employees. Parking privileges will be revoked upon termination of employment.
Rules and Regulations
- Employee parking permits are tied directly to your job, and misuse will result in disciplinary action.
- All vehicles parked on property must display a current valid license plate, be registered in Interstate’s license plate system, and be fully registered in the state issuing the license plate.
- Two license plates may be registered per employee. Only one registered license plate may park on property at a time. If both license plates are found simultaneously, then both vehicles may receive a citation.
- Employee parking permit is only valid for day parking. Employee may not leave a vehicle overnight in any lot.
- You may not sell, exchange, or give your employee parking permit to someone else. This includes sale of second license plate registration.
- All employee parking permits are subject to revocation at any time due to misuse, illegal parking, or violations.
- Employee is responsible for any citations and late fees. An employee should notify their manager immediately if they incorrectly receive a citation. Citations will be given for employees parking in incorrect lot/location and illegal parking. When a vehicle has 3 unpaid citations it may be towed at owners’ expense.
