INSTRUCTIONS:
Please complete the form and attach the ID photos, ODR download and any other information pertinent to the claim. To repair the trailer please purchase replacement parts from Transpecs customer service or your local TWL branch. If the claim is approved these will be credited for you. You will not need to pay for the parts while the claim is being processed, but you will need to tell us the invoice number that is involved. You will receive an email response which will have your warranty reference number and confirmation of next step.
