This form is for ECU Campus Recreation & Wellness Drivers to record all driving time while operating an ECU Vehicle on an approved trip. Make sure you clock in all for ALL TIME operating the vehicle.

Driving time should not exceed 3 hours in one shift, or 9 hours in one calendar day. Back to back driving shifts MUST be separated by a break of at least 30 minutes.

CRW vehicles may only be operated between 5:00AM and 11:59PM daily. Any operating time outside of these hours must be preapproved by your Club Sports/CRW Supervisor.
