Activity Tracker Q/A

  1. Who completes the activity tracker? Campus Directors/Coordinators as determined in the position roles/responsibilities form.
  2. When do I need to enter an activity? Within 2 weeks of when the activity occurred.
  3. Do I need to track attendance? Yes. An attendance record must be uploaded as an attachment for each activity. Data will be used in your annual WebAMP report.
  4. How do I enter semester long activities such as tutoring and cohort meetings? Enter as a single activity and report the "event date" as the first day of tutoring/cohort meeting for that semester.
  5. (IUPUI only) I pay tutors/mentors/LA from the administrative account and participant account. How do I record tutoring each semester? Students who get paid to tutor under the administrative account MUST be added as a separate activity in the tracker. Thus, one tutoring activity is required for Admin Account funded students and one for Participant Account funded students every Fall and Spring term in which tutoring is offered under the grant. Follow Q/A #4 for instructions on entering semester long activities. For the "activity title" please indicate the different tutoring position types using the following activity title template: "Admin Account FA23 STEM Peer Mentoring" or "Participant Account FA23 STEM Tutoring".
  6. How are alliance-wide conferences such as the conference in year 2 & 4 recorded? Alliance-wide conferences in year 2 & 4 will be recorded by the Project Manager.
  7. Who can I contact with questions? Please contact the Project Manager at inlsamp@iupui.edu with any questions.
