The OHA Emergency Medical Services Program is recruiting members for the new EMS Advisory Board (EMSAB) as described in the EMS Modernization Bill (HB 4081) passed during the 2024 legislative session.

I acknowledge that many members of the EMS Advisory Board will be asked to serve as liaisons on OHA Emergency Medical Services Program advisory committees. I acknowledge that appointments to the EMS Advisory Board may be contingent on the applicant’s ability and willingness to participate in an advisory committee in addition to the EMS Advisory Board.

 

Supporting Documents

Both a Letter of Interest (LOI) and a Resume or Curriculum Vitae (CV) are required for the consideration of appointment or reappointment to the board. For the LOI, please provide an explanation of your interest and relevant experience to support serving on this board for the OHA EMS & Trauma Systems Program.
