Please note that the Committee of Adjustment Hearing will be taking place through a conference call starting at 6:30 p.m. Due to the nature of an electronic meeting, members of the public wishing to provide input regarding any agenda item must preregister by filling out this form. **Information must be received by the Wednesday before the scheduled hearing date** Registration information will be circulated to Planning Services and you will receive a confirmation email the week of the scheduled hearing date.
