If you are not the signer of contract docs or the original admin on the account, please upload an email or other document from that person giving approval for your request. Provider admins can see all elements of the account including rates, services, invoices, and therapist documentation. This level of access requires written approval, email is best as it is time/date stamped and has the email signature of the person.
