All submissions are reviewed within three (3) business days and you will receive a response via email


IMPORTANT DATES


Requirements for the number of days before a grant due date when the PRIF needs to be submitted for project review and approval for a New Funding Opportunity:


Stanford Seed Grants: 30 Days


External Non-Federal (i.e., foundation, professional association, nonprofit) Grants: 60 Days


Federal: 60 days for resubmissions; 90 days for new submissions

 

Submitting this form engages department leadership-level review of your request but does not guarantee your request will be approved.


We encourage you to provide as much detail and context as is known at the time of submission. This will ensure an expedited review.


For Collaboration Opportunities, if support is needed for consulting agreements or policies, visit the Collaborations Roadmap for guidance.


For Contracts/Agreements, please provide as much information as possible. Establishing contracts/agreements requires numerous steps and time.


For Data Science Support and New Funding Opportunity uploaded an existing protocol/other written work (e.g., aims, scope of work, abstract) or complete the Research Intake Protocol Template <- SUNet login required.

 

 

Clinical/Hospital Data, Metrics, and Dashboards

If you need clinical/hospital data, metrics, or a dashboard please complete an EDAC Data Request Form. Included you can clarify the type of data you need, and the ED Data Analytics and Prioritization Committee (EDAC) will respond within 2 business days. Please note, if more than basic statistical analysis is needed for research purposes, you may also need to request “Data Sciences Support” below.
