New/Change Vendor Registration

You will receive an email invitation from PaymentWorks (invitations@paymentworks.com) on behalf of Midland ISD. If you submit your request after business hours or holidays, your invitation will be sent to you the next business day. Please check your spam or junk inbox if you do not receive it. You will be asked to have the documentation listed below when you receive the email invitation to complete the registration process.


1) A valid tax ID (either an EIN or SSN)

2) Banking and Routing Information (ACH) (Preferred)
