This 4-hour workshop includes pre-work and an in-person session (4 Leadership CEUs). You'll learn the core responsibilities of a preceptor, effective teaching techniques, adult learning principles, providing feedback, assessing competency, and managing conflict. This workshop is required for new RT2s and Core Team members.
