Waiver and Release

As a condition of my voluntary participation in Washington County Veterans Stand Down in Hillsboro, Oregon on November 15, 2024 on behalf of myself and any minor or animal in my care, custody or control, I hereby waive , discharge and release the SonRise, Washington County and all community partners, their respective trustees, employees, agents ,directors, officers, contractors, volunteers, sponsors and any other persons and entities connected with the event, from any and all liability including loss or damage to personal property, temporary, permanent injury, illness and death.

Video/Media Release

Washington County and its Community partners may photograph, film, tape and or record this event to use in publicity, information, advertising and promotion services. I grant Washington County and its Community partners the right to use, as they may see fit and proper, any and all photos, videos and audio recordings of me for future media campaigns, advertisements, information releases, TV, video, film, radio, or internet productions and including but not limited to still photos. I understand I am granting all rights to these images and the likenesses to Washington County and its Community partners solely and I will receive no consideration.
