Bellevue Collection Employee Registration

Register Yourself and Your Vehicle: All Bellevue Collection Employees must be registered with Bellevue Collection Security. To register your vehicle, complete the information below. If you do not drive a vehicle to work and would like to register only yourself, simply check the “No Vehicle to Register” box and click submit. Please provide a good contact phone number should we need to reach out to you for confirmation of information if necessary. Additional Vehicles: You must complete this process for each individual vehicle you intend to drive to work at The Bellevue Collection. Incomplete Registrations: Registration submissions missing a license plate or temporary tag information cannot be processed. If you do not have a permanent license plate, please provide the temporary tag information. Once you receive your permanent plate, please complete this process again with the new, updated information annotating the temp tag replacement in the comments section. Processing Time: Please allow for 48 hours upon submittal of your information for the registration process to be officially completed and recorded in the system. Former Employees: Individuals and/or vehicles who are no longer associated to a tenant can only be removed by the associated tenant’s manager. To remove individuals from a store report, please submit an updated store report to securitydist@kemperdc.com. If you need an updated store report, please submit a request to securitydist@kemperdc.com and Security personnel will deliver the report to your store.


CONTRACTORS:

If you are contracted to a tenant located within The Bellevue Collection, please register as "Other Not Listed" in the company name dropdown and then a new field will appear. Please place the name of the company you work for and where you are working in that location.


Example: Company Name: "Other Not Listed", Non-Listed Tenants: "Company ABC working for Tenant XXX".
