Fitness Center Orientations

Everyone is unique in their exercise and fitness levels. Our orientations are designed to help individuals understand how to use fitness equipment safely and effectively. During your orientation, you will work with a PERC trainer and receive an introduction to the equipment. Your session will include individualized instruction regarding the muscles used during the exercise, demonstrations of proper use, and a chance to practice performing movements.



These appointments are available Monday - Thursday, 8 am to noon (note: each orientation session will take about 45 minutes). Please indicate your preferred day and time and we will do our best to make that accommodation. We will reach out to you after receiving this form and confirm your appointment or provide an alternative if needed.
