BACS Integration Elective Petitions

You are enrolled in a course that is listed on the CS Advising Guide's list of approved Integration Electives, but need the SIS exception to be made.

You are enrolled in a course that you believe should qualify as a BACS Integration Elective based on the coursework, but it is not listed on the CS Advising Guide or the Undergraduate Record.

Please DO NOT submit this form if the course is already listed on the Undergraduate Record's official list of Integration Electives as SIS will automatically count these.

NOTE: We may not be able to decide on your petition if the information we need is: a) not available because the course will first be offered in a future semester, b) because it’s at another university and you can’t get this information, or c) because you can’t get that information for some other reason.

In such cases, you may have to wait until you can get that info without knowing whether or not we’ll approve it in the end. If such uncertainty is a concern, it might be better to plan to take an approved course rather than risk a negative response from us later.
