TUITION ASSISTANCE PROGRAM APPLICATION

You may be eligible to receive up to $20,000 in tuition reimbursement for college tuition.


It is Safety Management Group’s intention to financially fund an associate’s goal to achieve a degree in a field related to their position within the company. This program is not meant to fund periodic classes taken by associates; therefore, classes taken are to be part of a degree plan.


Eligibility:

•    You must be a Regular Full Time Associate with Safety Management Group.

•    You must be continuously employed by Safety Management Group for at least 30 days before the start of classes

Covered Courses.

•    College courses should be part of a degree plan at an accredited institution. Electives that are part of the degree plan are also reimbursable. Only tuition expenses will be reimbursed.

•    Pursuit of a degree that your manager determines is job-related will qualify for 100% reimbursement not to exceed $20,000. Safety Management Group will pay 50% of tuition per semester or other sign-up period. A 50% balance will be paid upon completion of courses, provided all other requirements have been fulfilled.

•    Courses not leading to a degree and correspondence courses will be considered individually by your manager.

If this is your initial application for enrollment in the program, you must attach an acceptance letter into your degree program signed by a school official and a copy of your degree plan listing all courses (including electives) required for your degree.
