Quality Assurance and Learning Panel Application

The Oregon Department of Education invites you to submit an application to serve on a Quality Assurance and Learning Panel to support the implementation of the Aligning for Student Success: Integrated Guidance for Aligning Six ODE Initiatives.


The purpose of the Quality Assurance and Learning Panel is to:


  • Support public understanding and grow confidence in the implementation of the Integrated Application;
  • Create conditions conducive for learning across districts and communities; and
  • Support ODE's review efforts with a quality check.


Panelists will be asked to commit one half day (8:30-12pm or 1-4:30pm) to review ODE's evaluation of Integrated Application submissions virtually.


Participation in the Quality Assurance and Learning Panels is voluntary and subject to public record.


Submit a complete application by February 20, 2023 in order to be considered to be on the Quality Assurance and Learning Panel. Panelists will be notified of their selection no later than March 1, 2023

ODE wants you to serve on a panel for which you do not have a conflict of interest based on geography, the work that you do, or any connections you may have with districts, charter schools, and/or Youth Corrections Education Programs (YCEP) or Juvenile Detention Education Programs (JDEP).
