PAX 2025
Medical Badge Agreement Form
About Medical Badges
PAX offers medical badges to ensure our show is accessible for attendees with mobility related disabilities.
NB: We offer a limited number of badges to ensure the provisions provided are effective. We view any abuse of this system as an abuse of those to whom the badges are meant for. Therefore, applying for and accepting badge when the below conditions do not apply may result in your removal from the show and a lifetime ban from PAX.
Applicability:
If you answer “no” to either of the statements below and would like a Medical Badge, please complete the completed form and upload it below. Please bring your drivers’ license or other form of government-issued picture ID to the Info Booth when you arrive at PAX to collect your Medical Badge.
- Are you able to move through crowds without the aid of an assistive device?
- Are you able to walk 100 metres without stopping to rest?
If you are unsure if this is right for you or you have other accessibility needs, please reach out either at info@paxaustralia.com.au, or if you’re at the show, just talk to us at the Info Booth.
Medical Badge Privileges
Medical Badges provide the below listed privileges to ensure everyone can enjoy the show:
- Early entry to Main Theatre events within the line up area as well as reserved seating, providing you arrive to the panel before the queue reaches maximum seating capacity.
- When attending a panel in the Satellite Theatres, you may queue at the front of the line in a Medical Badge area, provided seating capacity in the Theatre has not yet been met. Speak to an Enforcer when you arrive and they will provide details.
- Entry into our Expo Hall, accessible from the Medical Badge chute in the queue hall or Door 4 for those with sensory needs and are unable to enter queue hall.
Medical Badges must be accompanied by a show badge, and Medical Badge privileges apply to the badge holder only. If you are requesting a badge and need an extra for a companion, you may request one extra Medical Badge with your own. Companion badges must be picked up at the same time as your medical badge.
Please note that mobility aids (crutches, canes, wheelchairs, etc.) are allowed within the show, regardless of whether you have a medical badge.

With your consent, all Medical Badge applications will be securely held and will be destroyed at the end of the show.
