Pre Multi-Channel Messenger Training

Thank you for your interest in Multi-Channel Messenger! Part of the transition will include a training with Multi-Channel Messenger specific information. To ensure your transition will be smooth, we are also offering a few different levels of general Messenger training so that you can better utilize the product. We have a few questions below to help up put you in the class that will offer the greatest benefit to you.

Due to the many similar Utility names, please provide your complete Utility Name & State.

 

Consider On Demand Messaging, template creation/ management, setting up standard messenger reports in iVUE Service, Messenger History and Messenger Security.

 

If your organization needed you to send out SMS, E-mail and physical letters to a specific group of people how comfortable would you be with this?

 

With 1 being the least comfortable and 5 being the most comfortable.

 

This would include Event Report, Subscriber Report and Contact Report. Check all that you are comfortable with.

 

This part of Messenger will be managing your Enhanced Template, applying the enhanced template to messages, sending test messages and inserting snippets, with 1 being the least comfortable and 5 being the most comfortable.

 

Rate your comfort level with going into advanced settings, selecting what types of communication are required, letter settings and E-mail reply to settings, with 1 being the least comfortable and 5 being the most comfortable.
