Thank you for considering to host your meeting or event at CareOregon, 315 SW 5th Avenue, Portland.

Rooms are available Monday - Friday, starting no earlier than 8am and ending no later than 6pm. (We are able to accommodate set up beginning at 7:30am and clean up finished by 6:30pm).

We want to ensure that we have exactly what you need. Please complete the form below and we will follow up with you. Please note this form is to be used for meetings or events that do not have any CareOregon employee present. If an employee will be in attendance, you can work with them directly on the details.

Approved groups will be asked to sign a facilities agreement and will be asked to provide a certificate of liability insurance.

Our community rooms are intended for activities that are focused on community development and engagement and we reserve the right to refuse access to the rooms at any time.
