Dear Sanford Family,
Guided by Sanford’s 2022 Strategy and Enterprise Priorities, the work of the team formally known as Aspire will be pivoting to an emphasis on Talent and Leadership Development.
As we look forward to our strategic priorities, one being leadership development, we need to leverage all of our resources including the team that makes up career coaching. The best way we can help all of our team members is make their leaders stronger. That is why we will be using that same team of coaches to provide coaching directly tailored to leaders first then all other employees. It is not our intention to leave any employee behind in development opportunities but to make sure their leaders are equipped to provide them the tools necessary to succeed.
This focus on Talent and Leadership Development will allow us to offer coaching in conjunction with other modalities of learning as we continue to cultivate the Sanford Leader at all levels of our organization.
Because of this transition we are unable to take new clients at this time. However, if you are interested in Talent Development please begin the process by having a conversation with your leader regarding your desire for professional growth (see attached document).
