Request Form

The Communications Request Form ensures that all project requests are organized, tracked, and managed efficiently. By submitting a request through the form, faculty and staff provide the necessary details for the communications team to allocate resources, set realistic timelines, and deliver high-quality results. Photography requests require at least one week’s notice to allow for proper scheduling and coordination. This streamlined process promotes clear communication, reduces errors, and ensures all projects are completed on time and to standard.


Jobs require a minimum of ten business days for completion. If you have an time-critical request, please email wmartinko@albright.edu. This helps us prioritize urgent needs while maintaining the quality and timeliness of all other projects.


All requests must be submitted exclusively through this form to ensure proper tracking and management. To maintain our branding guidelines, as outlined here, please avoid using programs like Canva for external communications without first consulting the marketing team. Consistent branding plays a crucial role in presenting a unified and professional image of the school.
