The Clinical Advisory Panel (CAP) is responsible for oversight of UHA Clinical Practice Guidelines


Meetings occur on the first Thursday of each quarter from 7:00AM - 9:00AM.

Please use this form to submit a CPG recommendation to the CAP

Include the CPG citation and link to where it can be accessed

Select the appropriate CPG category
Would you like to receive communication from the CAP regarding their decision?
Would you like to receive an invitation to attend or join the CAP?

Please provide your email address if you indicated interest in receiving communication about the outcome of the CPG or if you would like to attend the CAP
