Payment Details - Tranquil Tradition: Exploring the Japanese Garden
Payment is due no later than 2 weeks before the day of your scheduled Field Trip.
Cost is calculated per group by number of registered participants.
K - 12 Tranquil Traditions Field Trips:
$160 minimum for groups with fewer than 20 participants (includes students and adults).
$8 per student.
$10 per adult.
Adult Chaperones: Minimum requirement of 1 chaperone per 10 students. Any additional adults registered with the group will be $15 each**.
Any unregistered adult joining on the day of a field trip will pay the regular garden admission of $12 plus admission for entry to the Butterflies in the Garden exhibit.
** 504 accommodating adults are free
Payment: Payment is due two weeks prior to your trip. Pay by credit card, check, or purchase order. If payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel.
Cancellations: Up to 14 days prior to the field trip, a full refund is offered. If you must cancel, no refund is offered less than 14 days prior to the field trip. In extreme weather situations a rescheduling option may be available. We reserve the right to cancel your scheduled field trip if payment is not received by the given deadline.
An invoice will be sent to the email address you provide upon confirming the registration.
