Primax Australia - Returns
Please follow the instructions below to arrange your return.
Returns for exchange must be made within 30 days of the invoice date. We are happy to exchange items that meet the criteria below however refunds will not be issued. No credit will be provided for returns when;
a. The return has not been registered by submitting this form within 30 days of the invoice date.
b. Goods supplied with personalisation such as your school logo
c. Items that have been made to order
d. Items that are returned and are not in a saleable condition
e. The returned goods have not been received into the Primax Australia warehouse within 45 days from the invoice date. We recommend to allow up to 14 days for return shipping time but this depends on your location and the shipping method you choose. (If you have any questions on any of these points please feel free to call us on 1800 633 356) If the value of the returned goods is over $150 please phone 1800 633 356 before completing this form.

3. Once the returned goods have been recieved by Primax Australia and provided the goods are in a saleable condition a credit note will be applied to your account for the value of the returned items.
The replacements will be sent with a separate invoice including freight costs.
