The TEA will verify submitted enrollment numbers against internal data to determine whether the LEA meets the requirement that at least 10% of students in their full-time virtual program in school year 2020-21 must have been enrolled from outside the LEA's geographic boundaries.

Please upload an attachment that demonstrates that your LEA advertised your full-time virtual program in school year 2020-21 to students statewide. All charter schools submitting this verification form will be verified against a TEA list of charter schools with approved waivers to enroll students outside geographic boundaries in school year 2020-21.
