2025 Auction Donation Form

Support Ag Retail Policy & Advocacy Efforts, Donate to the ARA Auction!


Donate an item to Agricultural Retailers Association's (ARA) silent and live auction and support public policy and advocacy efforts on behalf of ag retailers. The 2025 ARA Conference & Expo will take place Dec. 2-4, 2025, in Salt Lake City, Utah. This is ARA's largest annual fundraising event for our PAC.


The silent auction will be open during exhibit hall hours and will culminate after the live auction at the ARA Dinner & Auction, Wednesday, Dec. 3. Donors will be recognized at the silent auction tables, the ARA Dinner & Auction program, and the 2025 ARA Annual Report.


What to Donate

Popular items include vacation packages, hunting and fishing equipment, event tickets, sports memorabilia, fine wines and company products.


How to Donate

Individuals or companies may donate items directly or make a contribution via check or credit card to ARA, which the association will use to purchase items on your behalf. Please let ARA know if this is an individual or corporate donation.


Please complete the form by Sept. 30 to be recognized in conference signage, marketing collateral and auction guide.
