The MPI-CAC Hosted Planner Program offers planners the opportunity to attend MPI-CAC events for free by being matched with sponsors or suppliers as their guest(s). To apply to be a hosted planner, please fill out the application below. The matching process will happen at least three (3) weeks prior to the event date, and if selected, you will be connected via email with your host. If a match is unavailable, you will be notified at least seven days before the event and will still be able to register at the early registration rate.

By filling out this form, you agree to let MPI-CAC share your information (name, company, and job title) with all individuals who have signed up to host a planner for the event selected.
