Forms must be completely filled out, with all required information, in order to be eligible for placement onto the Cabin Watch List. • You may pay for your cabin watch services over the phone with a debit or credit card or send a check along with your application. • The cost of the Cabin Watch Program is $40 per month. (For watches less than a month, the charge will be a flat $40), due at the time of application. You may pay for your cabin watch services over the phone with a debit or credit card or send a check with your application in the mail. • Houses/properties that are placed onto the Cabin Watch list can only be on the list for 6 months before a new form is required to be filled out and submitted. This will renew your place on the list for another 6 months and ensure that we have your most up to date information in the event of an emergency. • House/property checks are not conducted on homes or properties that are occupied during the owner/renter’s absence. If, after you have submitted a Cabin Watch Request form, you decide to allow someone to stay at your house or on your property during your absence, please contact the LCMC office. Failure to do so will result in your house/property being removed from the Cabin Watch list. • If your house is not accessible due to a locked gate, fence, aggressive dog, etc., Security will not go over your gate/fence to check your house or property. Security will check your house or property from a vantage point outside of the gate/fence. • For safety reasons, Security cannot check doors or windows that are accessed by means of a slippery, unstable or rotting surface.

Many lots, in certain areas of the Lake Cushman Development, are large and heavily wooded, making it difficult for Security patrol to see anything from the roadway. By signing up for the Cabin Watch Program, you are authorizing Lake Cushman Security to enter onto your property, for the duration that you are on the Cabin Watch List, to do a complete walk-around, keeping an eye out for suspicious activity, evidence of trespassing, forced entry, unsecured doors, etc. If the Security patrol encounters any of these things, they will contact you via the contact information that you provide on the Lake Cushman Security Cabin Watch Request form. If, as indicated above, your residence is not accessible due to a locked gate, fence, aggressive dog, etc., Security will not go over your gate/fence to check your house or property. Security will check your house or property from a vantage point outside of the gate/fence.

*NOTE: ALL FIELDS THAT HAVE AN ASTERISK NEXT TO THEM ARE MANDATORY FIELDS THAT ARE REQUIRED TO BE FILLED OUT. PLEASE PROVIDE ALL OF THE REQUIRED INFORMATION, OTHERWISE YOUR HOUSE/PROPERTY WILL NOT BE ADDED TO THE CABIN WATCH LIST. THANK YOU.

A house check does not preclude you from being a victim of a crime and it does not guarantee the security of your home. Lake Cushman Security reserves the right to refuse or cancel a Cabin Watch without prior notice.
