DEVELOPMENT OF A NEW BUILDING MANAGEMENT PLATFORM TO CALENDAR THE USE OF SPACE FOR INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL EVENTS

Introduction

New York City Public Schools is seeking input from qualified vendors to inform the development of a new platform that will manage scheduling, approvals, and usage reporting for internal and external events in public school buildings. This system will replace the existing extended use module in the Custodial Payroll System (CPS) and streamline permit processing, fee collection, and space utilization tracking.


Submissions must be provided in PDF format and include a cover letter, a detailed proposal, and any relevant supporting documentation.
