Family Connects New Mexico is currently being offered to residents who live in Bernalillo County that receive prenatal care at either the Eubank Women's Health Clinic, West Mesa Maternity & Family Planning or Northwest Valley Maternity & Family Planning and deliver at UNM Hospital.
